It’s the two-letter word that has everyone either excited or terrified as to how it’s going to change our lives, humanity and of course, the industry we all love – travel.
Well, it’s time to talk openly about it, express our concerns and excitement, and share stories of “AI in Action in Travel” – be it in customer service, coding, operations, talent, developing travel products and offerings and content creation.
As Idan Zalzberg, CTO of Agoda, said at WiT Singapore last October, “There is no textbook; I’d love to hire an AI expert to guide us, but we need to bring them from the future. We need to become those people.”
