Proudly owned, designed and built by Cambodians, this three-year project saw a riverside hostel torn down and replaced with a shining beacon to the country’s burgeoning creative talent.
Treeline is the first hotel for Hok Kang, founder of Phnom Penh-based architects HKA & Partners, and co-founder of Brown Coffee, the country’s much-loved coffee-shop chain; of which there is a branch alongside.
The Treeline team are a super passionate bunch of like minded collaborators with curious and creative minds and very big hearts. We've made it our mission to create a space with the perfect balance of beauty, design, creativity, nature and community. Our concept is all about art and design, Cambodia, nature and our environment. We are confident that you'll be able to see our common inspirations in the architecture and design, taste it in the food, feel it in the spa, sense it in the art and most importantly experience it in the people you meet. We are very proud of what we have created here at Treeline but our vision extends beyond our walls into our community, sourcing everything locally, promoting sustainability, caring for our environment and fostering and supporting the arts. Everything we do, we do with intention, consideration and care so that everyone's experience with us is meaningful and hopefully inspiring.
Our motivation is our community, our people, our team providing a space and experiences where they can be supported, learn, engage, be empowered and grow. Providing inspirational spaces that pay homage to Cambodia's rich design and cultural heritage aswell as nature. Seeing Siem Reap and Cambodia reach it's potential.
We value our community, our people, our environment. We are compassionate and resilient and place authenticity and integrity at the heart of all that we do. The impact we wish to make is to create an inspirational space for our community and our guests to enjoy, to support and empower our community to develop and improve.
