Each host sets their own cancellation policies. Please refer to the experience page to review the host’s specific policy. Often, hosts need to make payments for the logistics of your experience (e.g. materials) upon confirmation. Therefore, they may incur costs in the event of any rescheduling or cancellation. If rescheduling or cancellation is permitted by the host, a fee may be charged.
If your order has not been confirmed by the host yet, we may be able to assist you! However, if your order has already been confirmed by the host, we unfortunately won’t be able to add your code to your order.
